چکیده
The Yellow River Delta wetlands in the National Nature Reserve are facing serious degradation due to water scarcity and soil salinization. This study aims investigate mechanism of wetland by analyzing small-scale distribution nutrients preferential flow transport patterns Robinia Pseudoacacia community, which is a typical vegetation community degraded wetlands. Soil physical chemical properties based on field staining experiments were analyzed, indoor solute penetration conducted hydrological characteristics. results showed that contents organic carbon, matter, total nitrogen, available phosphorus decreased with increasing depth, higher area than matrix area. phosphorus, positive correlations each other, while pH conductivity exhibited negative above nutrients. efflux rate Acacia gradual decline as depth increased, relative concentration solution non-monotonic pattern decrease, increase, subsequent decrease depth. findings could provide valuable guidance for restoration management Delta.

Soil seed bank of the invasive Robinia pseudoacacia in planted Pinus nigra stands
Pinus nigra and Robinia pseudoacacia are exotic trees used for afforestation in Hungary. Pinus nigrawas non-invasive, however R. pseudoacacia escaped from cultivation and invaded several vegetation types including pine plantations. It has recently been planned to cut P. nigra plantations and replace them by native tree stands, especially in nature reserves. The scattered presence of R. pseudoac...

THE PURPOSE OF THIS STUDY WAS THE QUALITATIVE AND QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF FLAVONOIDS FROM ROBINIA PSEUDOACACIA USING TWO DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES OF ANALYSIS: Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and TLC coupled with photo-densitometry. The results obtained by chromatographic analysis showed a higher concentration of flavonoids in flowers than in leaves. The flowers harvested in the plains have a highe...
